Si no podéis imprimir la ficha, no pasa nada. Escribid las respuestas en un folio aparte, especificando claramente el número de actividad. Tampoco es necesario redactar los enunciados ni copiar los pentagramas. Podéis explicar, por ejemplo:

“There is a weak cadence in bar (or measure) number x” ;”There are two different musical phrases: A B” etc.

En la actividad 3 sí que necesitaréis dibujar un pentagrama. Pero son solo 8 compases. Los más tecnológicos podéis lanzaros con el MuseScore, que se os da muy bien.

Las dos primeras actividades son audiciones. A continuación tenéis acceso a ellas. Si no os abren correctamente, escribidme un correo para solucionarlo.

Recordad que a la vuelta de vacaciones pondré nota de esta actividad, así que realizadla con calma y preguntadme al correo todas las dudas que surjan.

UNIT 3 WORKSHEET: LISTENING ACTIVITIES

Activity 1: Listen to the first part of Another one bites the dust , a Queen hit and complete the chart.

Start your counting from the moment in which Freddy Mercury say “Let’s go!” and stop in minute 1′42”.

Trust yourself. It’s really easy.  Only the break is different because it’s shorter, just half short.

Moving along the music can be very helpful. Remember! 4 is our magic number.

4/4 time is the time signature. And 4 measures (half phrase) + 4 measures (half phrase) = ONE MUSICAL PHRASE!

Activity 2:  Read carefully the definitions of the four main textures- monophony, counterpoint, homophony and melody with and accompaniment.

Now it will be really easy to distinguish them and complete activity number 2. Click to listen to the music.
